Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between the user, business, visitor, client, or customer using the services and Zalepro Soft Solutions FZE LLC. By accessing or using ZalePro, Shravz, Shravz Matrimony, Spizy, client websites, dashboards, mobile apps, AI tools, QR menu systems, support channels, or related services, you agree to these terms.

If you use the services on behalf of a company or client, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company or client to these terms.

These terms are prepared with reference to UAE laws and common digital-service compliance areas, including electronic commerce, consumer protection, personal data protection, cybercrime, intellectual property, payments, tax records, free-zone business operations, and online platform responsibilities.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• ZalePro SaaS website builder, workspace, dashboards, subscriptions, domains, ecommerce, bookings, media, payments, staff, analytics, and business tools.
• Shravz AI apps, credits, tools, assistant features, and related digital products.
• Spizy restaurant QR menu, restaurant management, ordering, delivery, attendance, branch, ERP, and payment-gateway connection features.
• Shravz Matrimony matchmaking, credits, verification, profile, and related trust/safety features.
• Custom client websites, managed setup services, technical support, maintenance, and professional digital work.

Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including staff accounts, client accounts, API keys, payment gateway credentials, uploaded content, and admin actions.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, illegal activity, violation of these terms, or legal/regulatory concern.

ZalePro plans, AI credits, message credits, SaaS subscriptions, trial periods, add-ons, and service fees are shown in the relevant dashboard, invoice, quotation, or product page.

Trials may expire automatically or require upgrade for continued use. Paid features may be suspended if payment fails, subscription expires, chargeback occurs, or billing information is invalid.

AI credits, app credits, matrimony credits, promotional credits, and bonus credits may have usage limits, expiry, abuse controls, and non-transferability rules unless we expressly state otherwise.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchased service, usage, delivery status, third-party provider rules, setup work completed, and applicable consumer protection rules. Domain purchases, custom work, setup fees, digital delivery, activated credits, and third-party costs may be non-refundable once started or consumed.

For client projects, ZalePro may host backend data, provide admin access, connect domains, manage storage, build design modules, or configure business tools. The client remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and compliance of its business content, products, services, prices, offers, taxes, customer communications, and policies.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ZalePro retains ownership of platform code, reusable SaaS modules, infrastructure wiring, design systems, internal tools, and generalized features created as part of product development.

Users must not upload, publish, sell, process, request, or transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, harmful, deceptive, malware-related, privacy-invasive, or contrary to UAE law or applicable international rules.

Users must not misuse AI tools, payment tools, QR ordering, customer data, verification systems, or websites for scams, impersonation, fake profiles, misinformation, illegal goods/services, spam, or unauthorized surveillance.

Business users are responsible for product descriptions, prices, taxes, delivery promises, cancellation rules, refund rules, product safety, stock accuracy, food/menu compliance, payment gateway accounts, and customer service.

Where a business connects its own payment gateway, the business is responsible for that merchant account, settlement, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and gateway compliance. ZalePro provides platform tooling unless a separate payment-processing agreement says otherwise.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for professional use. Users must review outputs before relying on them. AI tools are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, immigration, tax, engineering, or other professional advice.

We may limit, filter, suspend, or refuse AI requests that violate safety rules, law, third-party rights, platform policies, or fair usage limits.

Shravz Matrimony may include profile credits, verification, live selfie verification, trust indicators, and profile moderation. Verification features reduce risk but do not guarantee marriage suitability, truthfulness, financial status, background, or user intentions.

Users are responsible for careful communication, family verification, legal marriage requirements, and personal safety. Fake profiles, impersonation, harassment, dowry abuse, fraud, or misuse can lead to account restriction and legal reporting where appropriate.

ZalePro names, logos, software, UI systems, SaaS modules, AI workflows, designs, databases, templates, documentation, and product concepts are owned by or licensed to Zalepro Soft Solutions FZE LLC. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse our platform without written permission.

Users retain responsibility for content they upload and confirm they have the right to use images, logos, designs, product data, customer data, fonts, videos, trademarks, and other materials.

Domains, hosting, cloud storage, payment gateways, analytics, email providers, app stores, AI infrastructure, and other third-party systems may be subject to separate terms, availability, downtime, pricing changes, compliance obligations, and technical limitations.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, rejected app reviews, domain DNS issues, payment delays, or account suspensions caused by third-party providers.

Our processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Users and business clients must also follow applicable data protection laws when collecting or uploading customer, staff, or end-user data through ZalePro tools.

Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, guaranteed sales, guaranteed matches, guaranteed rankings, or guaranteed business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zalepro Soft Solutions FZE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, loss-of-reputation, or business-interruption damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zalepro Soft Solutions FZE LLC, its owners, team, suppliers, and partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses arising from your content, business operations, illegal use, customer disputes, payment disputes, breach of terms, or violation of third-party rights.

We may update services, pricing, features, policies, and these terms. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these terms. Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding invoices, subscription terms, and data-retention rules.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the competent courts or authorities relevant to Zalepro Soft Solutions FZE LLC, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
