We collect and process personal and commercial records solely to administer authenticated workspace portals, handle authorized billing, and provide real-time SaaS functionality:

When connecting Meta platforms (including Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, and WhatsApp Business Accounts), ZalePro processes customer messaging threads, template delivery receipts, and interaction statistics strictly on behalf of the authorized client workspace.
When authorized by the user via TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API, profile handles and video publishing tokens are utilized solely for direct video scheduling, draft creation, and performance metrics visualization requested by the user. TikTok user data is never repurposed, aggregated, or transferred outside authorized account workflows.

Data Purge SLA: Upon receipt of a deletion request (via self-service or email), all associated OAuth tokens, customer messaging records, cloud storage files, and profile records are irrevocably deleted from active databases and cloud backups within a maximum of 30 days.
