Zalepro Soft Solutions FZE LLC (License No: 262197240888) is committed to providing transparent billing for our B2B SaaS ecosystem and digital goods. This policy outlines our refund conditions for subscriptions, digital assets, and AI credits.
1. Software Subscriptions & Cancellations
- Monthly & Annual Plans: Subscription fees for ZalePro tools, including the 49 AED Business Starter Kit, website builder access, and digital menu subscriptions, are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing; however, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of an active billing cycle.
- Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your workspace and account portals will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
2. Shravz AI Credits & Tokens
- Virtual Delivery: Our dynamic developer systems consume active credits based on your selected usage level. Any purchase of Shravz AI top-up packages or credit tiers constitutes immediate virtual delivery.
- Non-Refundable: Once tokens are deployed or used within the Shravz Agent environment, the balances are strictly non-refundable. Unused prepaid credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.
3. Digital Goods & Whitelabel Licenses
- Z-Domains & Cloud Storage: Domain name registrations, domain mapping parameters, and cloud storage allocations are final and non-refundable immediately upon purchase and provisioning.
- Turnkey Whitelabel Licenses: Purchases related to custom whitelabel structures (such as ZalePro SaaS, Shravz AI, and the QR Menu System) involve dedicated setup resources. As these are personalized digital deployments, change-of-mind refunds are not permitted once the onboarding process and repository linking have commenced.
4. Exceptions & UAE Consumer Rights
- Defective or Misrepresented Services: As an e-commerce business registered in the UAE, ZalePro complies with Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2023 on Consumer Protection, which covers goods and services sold through registered platforms. If our software platforms suffer from severe, documented defects that prevent core functionality, or if the service materially differs from its advertised description, you have the right to seek a legal remedy or refund.
- Billing Errors: If you are overcharged or billed incorrectly due to a technical error on our Stripe payment gateway, we will issue a full refund for the discrepancy. Billing error claims must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions above, you must submit a formal request to our compliance team. Please include your registered ZalePro email, your invoice number, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
