When purchasing subscription tiers or deploying ZalePro whitelabel structures, you are granted a non-exclusive, terminable, commercial license to deploy and operate white-labeled iterations of our SaaS products (including ZalePro SaaS, Shravz AI, Z-Mail, and WhatsApp Business Suite) under your custom brand identity and custom domain names.

3. Third-Party Social Platform & API Integrations

ZalePro provides native connectivity to third-party services—including Google, YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), and TikTok—to enable multi-channel publishing, conversational CRM, and automated scheduling.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Guidelines

ZalePro provides dynamic collaboration tools, including the Business Feed, Smart Messaging, and Client Portals. By submitting or transmitting User-Generated Content (UGC), you agree to our strict content standards.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against unlawful and harmful material. Users may not publish, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, bullying, or defamatory attacks against individuals or organizations.
• Contains explicit sexual material, unauthorized nudity, or adult entertainment content.
• Promotes fraudulent schemes, financial scams, malware distribution, or illegal activities.
• Infringes upon the patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or copyrights of any third party.

5. Content Moderation, Reporting & Account Enforcement

To maintain a secure and professional business ecosystem, ZalePro provides proactive moderation and user protection features:

• Reporting: Users can flag objectionable posts or spam communications directly to our compliance desk for immediate review.
• Blocking: Users can block unwanted communications from specific parties within our messaging workspaces.
• Sanctions: ZalePro reserves the unilateral right to delete violating content, revoke API access tokens, and suspend or terminate accounts in breach of these Terms.

6. Shravz AI Platform, Neural Credits & Metered Usage

Autonomous AI workflows, Shravz copilot handshakes, and WhatsApp Cloud messaging consume centralized platform credits at the fixed baseline of 10 Platform Credits = 1.00 AED. Credit deposits represent immediate virtual utility delivery and are non-refundable once consumed. Users are strictly prohibited from using AI platforms for deepfake generation, unauthorized mass phishing, or deceptive automation.

7. Digital Purchases, Invoicing & Cancellations

All digital subscriptions, whitelabel licensing fees, and credit packages are processed securely via Stripe or authorized regional gateways. You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account billing settings. Active billing cycles and consumed digital credits are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local regulations of the Emirate of Ajman. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services of Zalepro Soft Solutions FZE LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, UAE.
